OUR HISTORY

Tiki Santos Bar is a restaurant full of local spark, located in the center of Todos Santos, heading to the old cemetery. It is a cozy palapa, made with materials from the region, served with the warmth and courtesy of the people of this Magical Town.

We offer flavorful dishes with a Mexican touch. Our menu is based on fresh seafood and fish, prepared with completely natural ingredients.

Come visit us and taste our delicious courtesy salsas, spicy passion fruit and Habanera, accompanied by our homemade tortilla chips. Also enjoy our service bar with drinks and cocktails made with seasonal fruit juices.

Our restaurant was double-nominated in the second edition of this prize, which was a great personal challenge. Thanks to our customers, we obtained recognition in the category “Experience in a bar” where the entire environment, portfolio, drinks, speed, and efficiency are rated, as well as customer service.

Karen L. Diaz Brito

Cocinera Profesional

Graduated from Culinary Arts at the University of the Gulf of California, she did professional internships at the Villas del Palmar hotel and since then she continues to prepare constantly for the new gastronomic trends and their different branches, developing her technical skills with which she has acquired more experience working hard with integrity, honesty, commitment and excellence; participating actively and effectively in activities that promote continuous success.

Gilberto Agundez

Barman

Gilberto Agundez is originally from and born in the beautiful town of Todos Santos where they started as dishwashers in a local Mexican food restaurant. From there, his interest in service and hospitality was born.

Passing through local restaurants and professionals such as Hotel Casa Tota where he would begin his barback career, moving on to Hotel San Cristóbal as a bartender. Continuing his mixology studies at Georgymixology school in Cabo San Lucas.

Starting the first bar business at a local festival where the idea of having a Tiki bar was born using local ingredients from the famous Punta Lobos beach and the ingredients that Baja Sur gives us.
